Ontario Virtual Trade Mission to the Automotive Suppliers Forum Sept 17-30, 2020

In collaboration with Global Affairs Canada and Investissement Québec International, the virtual mission to the Automotive Suppliers Forum will
take place September 17 30, 2020. Deadline to register is Friday August 21, 2020.

The Automotive Suppliers Forum is organized by the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato, located in the Bajio Region in Mexico. This is the 7th edition of
the show and the first one to be held virtually. The forum has been growing in importance as a hub where buyers and suppliers from the Bajío region
meet. In 2019 the show attracted over 5,000 attendees and hosted 3,700 B2B meetings.

This cluster has a capacity of assembly of automobiles in excess of 1.5 million per year. Its T1 base and supply chain includes many facilities of major North American, European and Asian manufacturers. OEMS with factories in the region are Nissan, Mercedes Benz, Infiniti Honda, Mazda, Toyota, and GM. The show is segmented in three areas: direct supply; indirect supply; and services.
The mission program will include:
• 1:1 export advice and consultation
